I'm Ana Bonasera, a late diagnosed ADHDer. Raising 5 neurodivergent children with my rock and the best dad/stepdad to our brood.
It took my 4th child being flagged as neurodivergent till I started to look in the mirror, because if you didn't know this already - ADHD is actually more hereditary than eye or hair colour.
I knew a lot about autism, due to my twins being diagnosed in 2017 but knew very little about ADHD, but in 2023 when my son was struggling, I wanted to learn everything I could to help them, however, I didn't realise how much it would also help myself.
I dove deep into the world of ADHD and invested money, time and energy into three different qualifications and now I can use my certifications and my lived experience to help people discover their ADHD and unlock their full potential.
